Virtual Sales Representative

We are looking for a responsible and experienced virtual phone representative to join our team. While operating remotely, the sales rep will update files, answer calls and emails, and assist in creating upgrade opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels and be super organized.

Appointment Setter

Responsible for proactively setting estimates or sales appointments. This is done by calling, emailing, texting, and social messaging. Following up with inbound leads & reaching out to prospective customers using all media. All calls are initiated through a company-wide cloud system to keep an accurate log of activity & calls which are recorded.
Each call should be dispositioned with the outcome noted in a CRM system. Scheduled appointments will be set using a calendar link.

Brand Ambassador

Helps promote our services, messaging, and image. This is to develop a stellar image by interacting with prospective clients.
Must have an appreciation for marketing strategies used to demonstrate the company’s culture and brand. Uses every platform available through its own current online presence. Has the ability to gather pertinent feedback and offers plenty of innovative insight.

Duties & Responsibilities

Answer and direct all phone calls.
 Manage communication and answer emails
Prepare and organize reports
Manage social media accounts
handles customer information confidentially
Schedule service calls (including reschedules and cancellations)
Create invoices and close them
Manage filing systems, update records, organize documentation

Job Requirements

Proficient computer skills.
Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other tech tools
Well-versed with technology
Highly organized multi-tasker
Demonstrates excellent time=management skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
