Our Story

RLMA Services was started early in 2018 by Jenee’ Raleigh and Roger Lloyd.

Jenee has 25+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and human resources. These were all gained through diverse industries on many different scales of success, from lending corporations to European day spas to state of the art call centers.

Roger has 31+ years of experience as the owner of a carpet cleaning and mold remediation company. He is the founder and Admin of The Carpet Cleaning World group on Facebook with 12K members.

Roger holds the key when it comes to navigating the ever-changing marketing styles specific to the Cleaning and Restoration industry.
The moment they met, the collaboration began and a couple of months later RLMA Services started and their romance blossomed from there.
In 2019 Jenee and Roger hosted the first Carpet Cleaning WORLD Conference in Las Vegas. They married later that Fall and they continue to host Training conferences annually which is how the CCW University was born.
